Welcome to the MLab Alicia and Sergio!!

We are thrilled to announce that Alicia Prior has recently been awarded an FPU grant 🎉, a significant achievement that will enable her to pursue her PhD at Mlab. This opportunity comes after her completion of the JAE Intro scholarship within our research group 🔬. Alicia's research focus on microbial ecology has already shown great promise, and we are excited to see how her work will continue to evolve, offering new insights and contributions to our understanding of microbial interactions and their ecological significance.

In addition, we would like to extend a warm welcome to Sergio Poyatos 👋, who has also joined us at Mlab after being awarded a JAE-Intro CSIC scholarship.
